Stockland has announced that documentation has been finalized to establish the Stockland EdgeConneX 50-50 partnership to develop, own and operate an Australian portfolio of data centers.
The partnership will combine Stockland’s land, development and project management expertise with EdgeConneX’s global experience in providing data center solutions to cloud and artificial intelligence (AI) providers.
The parties will leverage Stockland’s portfolio of assets in major markets across Australia for the development of hyperscale data centers.
