Stack Infrastructure expands into Canada with new data campus

Stack Infrastructure has agreed to a partnership with First Gulf, a Canadian development and construction firm, to develop a 56-megawatt data campus in Toronto — representing Stack’s entry into Canada.

The new development will span 19 acres and be located minutes from the heart of downtown Toronto. It will be fed by three diverse substations served by Toronto Hydro and will include immediate capacity ready in mid-2022 as well as opportunities for future expansion.

Stack said the facility will enable hyperscale and enterprise clients to choose among ready capacity, powered shell and build-to-suit customized opportunities.
