STACK Infrastructure has unveiled a new 216-megawatt data center campus in Ashburn, Va, for hyperscale clients, powered 100 percent by renewable energy.
STACK’s new 80-acre Loudoun County, Va., site will offer massive scalability with three buildings, totaling nearly 1 million square feet.
The first phase of the Ashburn campus is expected to be delivered in third quarter 2023. STACK currently has 300 megawatts under active construction and anticipates significant continued investment in the region during the next 12 months.
“STACK’s forward development in the most challenging markets is our differentiator,” said Brian Cox, CEO of STACK. “Our clients seek speed, scale, quality and partnership. This new flagship campus exemplifies that.”
