Skanska is planning to build a new six-story psychiatric clinic at Västervik Hospital in Sweden, according to InfraPPP.
The clinic will be spread across an area of 24,500 square meters (x square feet) and will involve an estimated investment of SEK 915 million ($97 million).
Construction work is expected to begin in February, and the project will be completed during second quarter 2025.
