Seraya Partners, through its digital infrastructure platform AQX Digital Infrastructure, has acquired SPTel, a mission-critical fiber network operator in Singapore. Financial terms were not disclosed.
SPTel runs a physically independent fiber network that supports enterprises, government users, telecom operators and more than 50 data centers across the island. It also connects directly into Malaysia and Indonesia, making it a key part of the growing Singapore–Johor digital corridor.
