The Hellenic Republic Asset Development Fund (HRADF), a member of the HCAP Group, has received two binding offers for the acquisition of 100 percent of the share capital of DEPA Infrastructure, a joint sale with Hellenic Petroleum (HELPE).
The binding offers were submitted by EP Investment Advisors 2 and Italgas.
DEPA is a group of companies with a presence in the energy sector that are actively engaged in the wholesale market, trading, supply and distribution of gas. HRADF currently holds a 65 percent stake of DEPA Infrastructure, and HELPE holds the remaining 35 percent.
The companies will soon review the binding offers in order to verify they are in line with the terms specified in the request for binding offers. After that, the fund’s board of directors will unseal the financial offers.
Financial terms of the potential transaction were not disclosed.
