The South Carolina Department of Transportation (SCDOT) has selected Ferrovial to help deliver the Interstate 95 Widening and Improvements Project.
This project, in conjunction with the Georgia Department of Transportation, will enhance a 10-mile stretch from the Savannah River to U.S. Highway 278 to accommodate growth and improve the interchanges and bridges to fit modern standards.
The project, which includes the addition of a new bridge over the Savannah River, seeks to reduce traffic delays and congestion and keep people and goods moving smoothly and safely through the I-95 corridor.
The anticipated completion date for the project is 2030.
