SDCL Energy Efficiency Income Trust (SEEIT) has plans to increase the size of its recent issue of new ordinary shares in the capital of the company from £100 million ($116 million) to £135 million ($156 million) due to the investor demand, the company’s pipeline and its available debt facilities.
The share issue, announced earlier this month, will be placed on the London Stock Exchange.
A total of 118,421,053 new ordinary shares will be issued at a price of £1.14 pence (1.31) per share, beginning on Sept. 9. Following admission, the number of ordinary shares that the company has in issue will be 1,108,709,053.
