New York–based SDC Capital Partners has raised $598.8 million for its SDC Digital Infrastructure Opportunity Fund II, a fund that invests in the digital infrastructure market.
According to an SEC filing, 32 investors backed the fund. An equity fundraising target was not disclosed.
SDC Capital Partners targets a variety of investments in the digital infrastructure market, including data centers, network/fiber, wireless infrastructure, and IT cloud.
In February, the University of Michigan approved a $50 million commitment to the fund.
