The Kingdom of Saudi Arabia has launched tenders in search of a public-private partner to design, build, operate and maintain the new Al Ansar Hospital, to be located in the city of Al-Madinah Al Munawwara, according to InfraPPP.
The facility will replace the existing Al Ansar Hospital at that site and expand the available services. The development will add 244 beds, exceeding the capacity of the previous facility by 170 percent.
The Ministry of Health (MoH) of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia has launched an expression of interest (EOI), targeting infrastructure developers, contractors and consortiums to deliver the project under a BMT (design, build, equipment procurement, operations and maintenance) model.
The deadline to respond to the EOI is March 31.
