Rubicon Capital Advisors has appointed Antonio Memmo as a managing director, and Owen Weihman as a director. Both will be based in the firm’s New York office.
Memmo brings more than 20 years of experience advising corporate clients and financial sponsors on M&A and financing transactions across the renewables, energy and transportation sectors to his new role at Rubicon. Memmo previously held senior investment banking positions at Marathon Capital, Mizuho Securities, Bank of America and Lazard Freres.
