Royal Caribbean Group forges partnership with iCON Infrastructure to expand cruise terminal facilities

Royal Caribbean Group, one of the top cruise companies in the world, has entered into a new partnership with iCON Infrastructure Partners VI (iCON VI), a fund advised by iCON Infrastructure.

Royal Caribbean Group has a global fleet of 64 ships traveling to around 1,000 destinations across the world. The proposed partnership, which will be owned 90 percent by iCON VI and 10 percent by Royal Caribbean Group, will own, develop and manage cruise terminal facilities and infrastructure in home ports and key ports of call. Both parties have committed to provide funding for future expansion.
