Ridgewood Water & Strategic Infrastructure Fund II, a vehicle managed by Ridgewood Infrastructure, is nearing its $1 billion fundraising target.
According to a July 18 filing with the SEC, Ridgewood Water & Strategic Infrastructure Fund II has secured more than $672 million from 72 investors.
The fund will target water-related and other strategic infrastructure assets in the U.S. lower middle market.
