Ridgewood Infrastructure and Sustainability Partners have formed a joint venture geared toward the ownership of sustainable water, energy efficiency, transportation, communications and other infrastructure throughout the United States.
The joint venture, known as Environmental Infrastructure Partners (EIP), will specifically seek to work with municipalities, universities, schools and hospitals (MUSH), according to Ryan Stewart, managing director of Ridgewood.
“Within this MUSH market, there is a large and growing need to replace, renew and enhance infrastructure that provides a range of essential services,” said Stewart. “We look forward to working together with SP to help these MUSH customers meet their critical sustainable infrastructure needs.”
