Ridgewood Infrastructure has acquired Waste Resources Management (WRM), a mission-critical provider of liquids and wastewater collection, treatment and disposal serving the commercial and industrial market.
WRM controls the full value chain of liquids and wastewater management, including numerous treatment facilities located in high-growth regions of the United States. The company recycles liquid wastes into dust control products, renewable-energy resources and amendments, animal feed and animal health compounds, and compost and soil amendments, according to Food and Beverage Technology Review magazine, which named WRM a “Top 10 Waste Management Solution Provider” in 2021.
