French asset manager RGreen Invest has completed a first close of its Infragreen IV fund with €384 million ($427 million) in capital commitments, just five months after hitting the market. The latest capital raise brings the company’s total assets under management to €1 billion ($1.1 billion).
The fund has already surpassed the size of its predecessor, Infragreen III, which closed in December 2018 with €307 million ($341 million) in capital commitments. The fund is fully-invested.
The first fund in the series raised €62 million ($68 million) and the second fund closed with €100 million ($111 million) more, at €162 million ($180 million).
Infragreen IV is targeting €500 million ($556 million) in equity commitments and has a hard cap of €650 million ($723 million).
