Abu Dhabi Investment Office (ADIO) has issued an RFQ with Khalifa University (KU) for the development of a student housing public-private partnership (P3) project in Abu Dhabi, according to InfraPPP.
The project will be developed in two phases. Phase 1 involves a total of 2,658 beds, and phase 2 will build out an additional 592 beds.
The scope of work includes demolishing selected existing buildings and services, designing, building, commissioning, financing and maintaining the new accommodation.
The deadline to submit responses is March 6.
