Quinbrook infrastructure appoints new vice president

Quinbrook infrastructure Partners has named Rosalind Smith-Maxwell as the firm’s new vice president.

According to her LinkedIn page, Smith-Maxwell has a track record of working in renewable energy and clean technology mergers & acquisitions and corporate finance.

Prior to joining Quinbrook, Smith-Maxwell served as the former vice president of advisory at Fieldstone Private Capital Group, where she started as a senior associate. She also held several positions at Climate Change Capital.

Smith-Maxwell obtained degrees from the University of Edinburgh and BPP Law School.

Quinbrook specializes in ESG impact investing, with emphasis on low carbon and renewable infrastructure, according to the firm’s website. Quinbrook has a 20-year track record in renewables spanning wind, solar, hydro, biomass, methane recovery and battery storage.

The firm has more than $8 billion equity invested in more than 19 gigawatts of power generation.
