Prostar Capital has commenced operations of the Haman Green Energy hydrogen fuel cell power plant in Gyeongsangnam-do Province in South Korea, the firm announced on LinkedIn.
The facility, a joint venture between Prostar’s Korean clean-energy platform and Korea Southern Power Co., is capable of generating enough electricity to power 45,000 households, representing the largest of its type in the province.
This follows a January announcement in which Prostar stated it had commenced operations at the first two of seven hydrogen fuel cell power-generation facilities, as part of the Changwon Green Energy Project in Sou
