Angelo Acconcia, a former senior managing director at Blackstone, has become president of ArcLight Capital Partners.
Acconcia joined ArcLight in 2022 after spending 17 years in the private equity group at Blackstone. He was one of the founding partners of the firm’s energy fund, Blackstone Energy Partners.
ArcLight said Acconcia’s promotion is a continuation of the role he has assumed across most of the critical functions at the firm since joining three years ago. As president, Acconcia will more formally oversee investment, fundraising and operational activities, while Dan Revers, founder and managing partner, will continue to oversee the firm’s investment strategy and capital allocation process.
