Platform Ventures has announced the acquisition of Staco Electric Construction Co., a full-service electrical contractor based in Kansas City with more than 50 years of experience serving commercial and industrial clients.
Founded in 1971, Staco has decades of experience delivering a comprehensive suite of electrical infrastructure services, including pre-construction design, installation, maintenance, upgrades, and ongoing support for complex electrical systems and technologies. Staco serves a diverse client base spanning the data centers and digital infrastructure, cold storage, manufacturing, commercial, and healthcare markets.
This acquisition represents Platform’s entry into the specialty construction services sector.
