PKA’s Alternative Investment Facility, PKA AIP, has divided into two independent companies — PKA AIP Private Funds and AIP Infrastructure. At the same time, the investment framework and other investors will be invited on board.
PKA AIP has been PKA’s alternative investments in the form of private equity and infrastructure funds and direct infrastructure, such as investments in energy, transport and telecommunications infrastructure, since 2012.
Since its launch in 2012, PKA has invested a little under $40 billion through PKA AIP.
Anette Eberhard, current CEO of EKF Denmark’s Export Credit, will serve as managing partner for PKA AIP Private Funds. Kasper Hansen, who has been employed by PKA AIP since 2016, will assume the role of managing partner for AIP Infrastructure.
