Phoenix Group provides Encevo with €120m to support financing of critical infrastructure

Encevo, a sustainable energy player in Luxembourg and the greater region, has announced a €200 million ($235 million) issuance of senior unsecured notes to invest in sustainable energy solutions and infrastructure.

Phoenix Group, one of the United Kingdom's largest long-term savings and retirement businesses, participated as a lead lender in the issuance, contributing €120 million ($141 million) to the transaction.

Encevo Group covers the full energy value chain — from renewable-energy production and supply to grid operation and energy services. The funding supports Encevo’s growth strategy and underscores its commitment to backing robust businesses in the energy sector.
