Peter Podurgiel has been appointed president and board director of Advanced Power, a company owned by ArcLight Capital Partners, as well as a senior adviser at ArcLight.
Advanced Power, which was acquired by ArcLight in July 2025, is one of the largest power infrastructure solutions platforms in North America, with a development pipeline of more than 15 gigawatts to build utility-scale power infrastructure for utilities, hyperscalers, data center developers and the power grid.
Podurgiel was formerly president of Competitive Power Ventures (CPV), a North American developer, owner and operator of highly efficient, low-emitting electric and renewable-generation projects.
