PERENfra, an investor, owner and operator of water infrastructure, has completed fundraising for its inaugural Perennial Infrastructure Fund I.
The fund was oversubscribed with $142.8 million in committed capital thanks to strong support from strategic partners such as Garney Equity Holdings and Ferguson Ventures, as well as several large single-family and multifamily offices.
Perennial Infrastructure Fund I invests in greenfield and brownfield water infrastructure projects in high-growth geographies within the United States. The strategy focuses on value-engineered capital projects and operational efficiencies, providing certainty and speed to market for partners and clients.
PERENfra already has committed more than 35 percent of the fund across various cash-flowing assets and is currently progressing on a sole-sourced actionable pipeline. All fund assets feature long-term contracted revenues while being positioned for growth and expansion during the next few y
