Princeton Digital Group (PDG), an Asia Pacific data center operator, has secured approximately $1.3 billion in green financing to fund the continued development and expansion of its JH1 campus in Johor, Malaysia.
Located in Sedenak Tech Park, JH1 is a 200-megawatt campus designed to support high-density AI and cloud workloads. The financing is underwritten by six banks and builds on financing that was secured for earlier phases of the campus. Financing was first secured from three banks in April 2024 and was subsequently upsized with four banks in October 2025.
Structured under PDG’s Green Finance Framework, the financing supports the development of JH1 in accordance with recognized green building standards. The transaction contributes to PDG’s plans to raise up to $5 billion in debt financing to fund the delivery of contracted data center capacity across Asia Pacific.
