PATRIZIA Infrastructure has acquired two Spanish broadband and fiber operators and launched a new fiber-to-the-home platform in Spain, growing its digital infrastructure footprint in Europe.

The fund has invested in two mid-market operators in Spain’s local telecoms sector: Wifi Sancti Petri and Airwifi. Both are located in the southern province of Cadiz.
