PATRIZIA has acquired two operational wind farms in the Australian state of Victoria on behalf of its long-standing institutional client Prime Super.
The Ferguson and Diapur wind farms are modern, high-quality assets that commenced operations in late 2021 and benefit from strong wind resources, according to PATRIZIA.
The deal grows Prime Super’s — which is managed by PATRIZIA Infrastructure — portfolio of wind farms in the region to three, with the capacity to generate 39.5 megawatts of renewable energy and generate enough combined clean energy to power more than 30,000 homes in Victoria.
