Pantheon Infrastructure invests $34m in Vantage Data Centers

by Kali Persall

Pantheon Infrastructure (PINT) has backed Vantage Data Centers with a $34.7 million investment.

The investment will be used to support Vantage’s North American capital needs as the business continues its growth trajectory. Vantage’s North American business includes data center campuses in Santa Clara, Calif.; Quincy, Wash.; Ashburn, Va.; Phoenix, Montreal and Quebec City. PINT said Vantage’s business focus on the hyperscale business segment offers a resilient commercial profile.

PINT, an existing investor in Vantage, invested alongside global investment manager DigitalBridge.

“We are delighted to invest in this high-quality asset, which we believe will offer us access to a strong growth opportunity,” said Richard Sem, partner at Pantheon Ventures, PINT’s investment manager. “The data center sector is benefiting from strong secular trends which we believe will continue into the long-term. We are especially pleased to partner again with DigitalBridge
