Operis Group and Apta Ventures have formed a strategic partnership agreement to advise clients seeking financing for their infrastructure and energy projects in Asia.
Operis Group is known for project finance modeling expertise, due diligence and funding advice for infrastructure projects, while Apta Ventures will bring its expertise in the Asia Pacific region, specifically in regard to private infrastructure markets, capital raising and advisory.
The partnership will enable both firms to better serve a broader range of clients in the Asian markets with comprehensive advice tailored to their specific funding needs.
