Octopus Australia pens $650m partnership with Dutch pension investor APG

Octopus Australia has signed a landmark partnership with APG Asset Management to commit more than A$1 billion (approximately $650 million) to Octopus Australia’s flagship renewable-energy platform, OASIS. APG is one of the world’s largest pension fund investors with more than A$1 trillion (approximately $650 billion) assets under management.

Representing one of the most significant institutional engagements in Australia’s clean energy transition to date, the partnership will help accelerate Octopus Australia’s growing platform and pipeline of utility-scale solar, wind and battery storage projects.
