OCERS commits $155m to infra vehicles managed by Tallvine Partners and LS Power

The Orange County (Calif.) Employees Retirement System (OCERS) committed $155 million to infrastructure, including funds managed by Tallvine Partners and LS Power.

Tallvine Middle Market Infrastructure Fund I received $75 million for its closed-end, value-add strategy investing in lower middle-market infrastructure investments in North America, across energy and utilities, transportation, logistics, and communication sectors. A fundraising goal has not been determined. The Employees Retirement System of Texas committed $40 million to this fund in early 2026.

LS Power Equity Partners VI received $80 million for its closed-end, value-add strategy investing in power generation and transmission-related assets in North America, with a focus on gas-fired generation, renewable power and storage development and generation, distributed energy, electrification infrastructure and renewable fuels
