Nuveen has expanded its energy infrastructure credit (EIC) team, adding a new cohort of financing professionals offering expertise in funding solutions for energy and power infrastructure assets.
The newly appointed team members include Lena Doan, Jeff Hostettler and Eliot Javanmardi, were hired as managing directors; Malcolm Bean, who was hired as an associate; and Luke Schaefer, who was hired as an analyst.
Doan has significant experience investing across capital structures, managing companies and trading energy commodities. Previously, she was a managing director at HPS Investment Partners, where she focused on private credit, structured equity and special situations investments in energy, power and renewables.
