NOVA Infrastructure, a middle market–focused infrastructure investment firm, has announced several additions and updates to its investment team.
Matt Altman has joined the firm as vice president. Altman joins NOVA with more than 10 years of infrastructure and energy experience in project development, investment banking and credit, and private equity investing. In his role at NOVA, Matt will help execute new and follow-on investments and manage portfolio companies in the environmental services, transportation, energy and energy transition, and digital sectors.
Previously, Altman was a senior associate at Basalt Infrastructure Partners and an associate at Apollo Global Management, focused on private and public investments across power and infrastructure. Earlier in his career, he was an investment banker at BMO Capital Markets and a credit analyst at Fitch Ratings.
