NOVA Infrastructure, a middle-market-focused infrastructure investment firm, has announced a number of updates to its senior leadership team, including the promotion of Stephen Denis and Philip Moor to managing director, Bryant Dang to senior vice president, and the addition of Michael Gruppuso as its new chief operating and compliance officer.
Denis’s promotion to managing director reflects his more than 11 years of experience in infrastructure-focused private equity, project development and investment banking. He currently serves on the boards of directors of Fund I’s portfolio companies telMAX and Skywire Networks. Prior to joining NOVA in 2019, Denis was the vice president of finance at Spire Holdco and also served as an investment and finance professional at both Strata Energy and at TPH Partners.
Moor joined NOVA in 2018 and currently serves on the boards of directors of Fund I’s portfolio companies Integrated Waste Solutions Group and Hawthorne Aviation. H
