Northleaf Capital Partners has appointed Roderick Gadsby as a managing director on the infrastructure team.
Gadsby is based in Northleaf’s London office and will focus on transaction origination, due diligence, execution and asset management relating to Northleaf’s infrastructure activities in the United Kingdom and Europe.
Prior to joining Northleaf, Gadsby held senior level infrastructure investment and advisory roles at institutions such as UBS Investment Bank, Macquarie Group and Barclays Capital, and was most recently a partner at Stormharbour.
With more than 20 years of corporate finance and principal investing experience in the United Kingdom and Europe, Gadsby has led the origination, execution and financing of infrastructure and other real assets. In addition, Gadsby has served on the corporate boards of several privately-held companies.
Gadsby received an M.B.A. from London Business School and a B.Comm. (Honours) from the University of British Columbia.
