Northland Power CEO to retire

John Brace, the CEO at Toronto-based independent power producer Northland Power, will retire on Aug. 4, 2018, after 30 years with the company.

Mike Crawley, currently Northland’s executive vice president, development, has been appointed to the role of CEO, effective Aug. 4, 2018.

Brace will continue to serve as a director of Northland. He joined Northland in 1988, shortly after the company was founded. He was appointed CEO in 2005.

Crawley has been with Northland since 2015. He was previously CEO of AIM PowerGen.
