Sverre Rosén has been appointed the new CEO at Connect Bus, part of a Nordic bus group owned by CBRE Investment Management through its private infrastructure team.
In 2022, the four bus companies in Torghatten, Norway — Norgesbuss, Trønderbilene, Torghatten Buss and Sørlandsruta — were merged with the Swedish companies Connect Bus and Karlssons Buss. The focus of the new company will be sustainability and digitalization.
Rosén brings extensive experience from senior positions at Circle K, where he most recently served as managing director for Norwegian operations. With 25 years of leadership experience, including as CTO in Nordic companies and as a strategic consultant at McKinsey, Rosén is equipped to enhance the operations of Connect Bus’ core business and lead its future development.
Christian Plyhm will continue in the role of interim CEO until Rosén's formal start and will continue to serve as CCO and deputy CEO of Connect Bus.
