Edgewater Midstream, a newly formed Houston company that provides independent midstream logistics solutions to refiners, producers and marketers of crude oil, refined products and other bulk liquids, has secured a $400 million commitment from EnCap Flatrock Midstream.
Formed in late 2019, Edgewater will focus on the acquisition, development and operation of pipeline and terminal solutions between major North American petroleum trading hubs and demand centers.

EnCap Flatrock managing partner Gregory King, who is also an Edgewater board member, said the commitment il
