Natixis appoints three to corporate and investment banking telecom team

Natixis has made three senior appointments to newly created roles in the company’s corporate and investment banking telecom team in an effort to strengthen its foothold in the sector.

Natixis has hired Maxime Perrin and Robert Wallin as managing directors, telecom industry group worldwide, and Sander Mutsaers as managing director, telecom industry group, Asia Pacific.

Based in Paris, Perrin and Wallin will report to Anne-Christine Champion, global head of real assets, corporate & investment banking. Perrin joined Natixis in August from ING Wholesale Banking France, where he headed M&A activity. Wallin stepped into his current role in September after spending the previous six months as a managing director, telecom industry group, Asia Pacific in Natixis’ Hong Kong office. He joined Natixis from Huawei Technologies, where he worked as an executive director in the customer financing solutions department.

Mutsaers joined Natixis in mid-October from ING B
