Municipality of Chatham-Kent has issued a request for proposals for the Downtown Chatham Centre redevelopment PPP

The Municipality of Chatham-Kent in Ontario, Canada, is inviting proposals for the services of a qualified consultant and appropriate sub-consultants where necessary with expertise in project management, public consultation, master/development planning, community needs/business feasibility assessments, design coordination and construction costing and valuation. The consultant will be tasked with developing recommendations for final scope and subsequent direction concerning a proposed public-private partnership to redevelop the Downtown Chatham Centre, located at 100 King Street West, Chatham, and is divided into two phases:

Phase I: Construction of both private and municipal infrastructure on the DCC site, redevelopment of sears-portion of the site into a municipal building for purpose of co-locating municipal operations and services currently delivered from three separate buildings: Chatham-Kent Civic Centre, Chatham library and Chatham Cultural Centre. This p
