Morrison, a global infrastructure investment firm with more than $25 billion in assets under management, has opened its new North American headquarters to accommodate its growing U.S. investment team. The 8,000-square-foot office space is located at 600 Fifth Ave. at Rockefeller Center in New York City.
Founded in New Zealand in 1988, Morrison has been a pioneer in infrastructure investing for more than three decades. As a long-term thematic investor, Morrison aims to identify investment opportunities that will benefit from long-term trends linked to the evolving needs of societies and economies. These include the energy transition, connectivity and digitization, global mobility, aging populations and the circular economy. Morrison currently has one of the largest specialist infrastructure teams, with more than 200 professionals operating across seven global offices.
