Brendan Scollans has become the head of North America investment at Morrison, a global infrastructure investment manager with more than $30 billion in assets under management. Scollans replaces Perry Offutt, who recently took on a role as the firm’s global head of capital formation.
Based in New York City, Scollans will lead Morrison’s North American investment activity, working closely with teams across the firm’s global platform to advance its disciplined, long-term approach to infrastructure investing. He will report to William Smales, Morrison’s CIO.
Scollans brings three decades of experience across North America and international markets, with a track record of originating, executing and managing infrastructure investments, as well as building and leading high-performing teams.
