Global law firm Mayer Brown has promoted infrastructure lawyers Samantha Leavitt, Katy McNeil and Nick Vallorano to partner, effective Jan. 1, 2023.
They are part of a group of 53 lawyers that were promoted to partner and counsel.
“These promotions are consistent with the continued growth of our projects and infrastructure practice and, together with our recent lateral hires, demonstrate our commitment to offering our clients a team with breadth and depth across all areas of infrastructure,” said Joe Seliga, co-leader of Mayer Brown’s projects and infrastructure industry team.
Leavitt is currently a member of the banking and finance practice, which focuses on the development and financing of renewable-energy projects. Leavitt represents financial institutions, corporate investors, and project sponsors and developers in connection with a wide variety of complex project financings, with a particular emphasis on renewable and clean energy.
