Matthew Cody has been named managing director, merchant and investment banking, at NorthInfra, a merchant bank focused on energy and infrastructure — encompassing power, water, midstream and digital infrastructure.
Cody was previously a managing director at Whitehall & Company, a boutique investment bank, where he focused on raising development capital, permanent capital and private debt in a number of sectors. These sectors include core and core-plus infrastructure; digital Infrastructure; energy transition; power; LNG and CNG; anaerobic digestion facilities; oil and gas; private companies; structured finance; real estate; and corporate finance.
