Adam Ludwiczak has been appointed head of European investment banking at Marathon Capital, a global financial and strategic adviser focused solely on the clean economy and the energy transition.
Ludwiczak joined Marathon Capital in June 2022 as a managing director and has specialized in M&A and equity capital markets and has been part of a number of key transactions across the energy sector. Before Marathon Capital, he spearheaded Moelis & Co.’s EMEA energy-transition practice, where he played a pivotal role advising on significant public and private transactions across Europe, the Americas and Asia Pacific. He previously held roles at Barclays, supporting investment banking in the natural resources sector.
In his new role, Ludwiczak will lead the firm’s European investment banking practice out of London, where he will continue growing Marathon Capital’s network across the European infrastructure sector.
