Macquarie to increase equity stake in Diamond Infrastructure Solutions to 49%

Macquarie Infrastructure Partners VI (MIP VI), an unlisted infrastructure fund managed by Macquarie Asset Management (MAM), has exercised its option to acquire an additional 9 percent equity stake in Diamond Infrastructure Solutions.

In May, MAM joined forces with Dow to acquire a 40 percent equity stake in the U.S. Gulf Coast infrastructure assets of Dow, creating a new partnership known as Diamond Infrastructure Solutions. Diamond, the largest chemical park in the Western Hemisphere, is a specialist infrastructure provider to Dow Inc. and other industrial customers at its five locations in Texas and Louisiana.
