by Kali Persall

Macquarie has sold Ceske Radiokomunikace, a Czech telecommunications and technology infrastructure group, to Cordiant Digital Infrastructure for an undisclosed amount.

Macquarie funds entered Ceske Radiokomunikace in 2011, according to Reuters.

Ceske Radiokomunikace operates 660 telecommunications towers and 2,318 miles of fiber.

Cordiant said it is planning to continue building the group as a major digital infrastructure platform.
