Longroad Energy is broadening its executive leadership team to capitalize on the current growth environment as the firm seeks to deepen its development pipeline, expand its execution cadence, and advance its artificial intelligence and data center opportunities.
The expanded executive leadership team includes a combination of promotions and evolved roles. Paul Gaynor will continue in his role as CEO, and Pete Keel assumes the role of president, adding construction, information technologies and external affairs to his responsibilities, while continuing to serve as CFO. Michael Alvarez transitions to chief risk officer, overseeing legal, compliance and risk management.
