Landmark Properties is expanding its student-housing portfolio in Arkansas. Construction began this week on The Retreat at Fayetteville, a 585-bedroom community adjacent to the University of Arkansas.
Located at 1030 South Razorback Road, The Retreat will offer several distinct floorplans ranging from two to five bedrooms. The design of the large units and the privacy these layouts offer are expected to stand out to potential residents when weighing options.
Each apartment features a gourmet-style kitchen with plentiful cabinet space, quartz counter tops and stainless-steel appliances. Each unit at The Retreat is fully furnished, offers hardwood style flooring and includes technology-related amenities in the common area and high-speed internet and cable.
